PLANNING AND DRAFTING
Our planning services range from preliminary arrangement plans and site plan applications to coordination of studies & Sub-Consultants as well as communication with various municipalities & other stakeholders. Drafting in compliance with Part Nine of the Ontario Building Code for architectural design and residential permit applications.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Our structural services include building permit drawings for residential, commercial & industrial occupancies and pre-engineered foundation design; as well as pole barns/stud framed buildings for more of an agricultural use and commercial/industrial additions.

STEEL CONNECTION DESIGN
With our knowledge and certification in connection design, we provide structural steel connection designs as a component in many of our projects and that can be included in shop and fabrication drawings.

ARCHITECTURAL
Our architectural services include both residential and commercial applications, ranging from single family dwellings to gas station kiosks and convenience stores.

INDUSTRIAL
Our industrial services include jib crane supports & foundations, overhead crane runways & supports, platforms, stairs, handrails, and machinery support framing.
